How do you give Reputation Points?

I have been trying to figure out how to give threads rep points and cannot find the button for it. Can someone please tell me where it is. Or how to give rep points?

Well, usually by the edit button, there is a "Thanks" button. That gives 3 Rep Points ot whoever you please. But don't go off giving rep points to EVERYONE. Just to the most helpful.

I think theres rules on Rep Stars. Go check in the Forum Rules.
